- Social Justice & Environmental Education (SJEE) Standards Project - Download PDF
The SJEE Standards Project is a collaborative initiative of CESJ and twelve other AERA SIG's who share an interest in social justice issues. With the current reactionary political climate focus on high-stakes testing and curriculum standardization, the SJEE Standards project seeks to develop progressively-minded “social justice standards” to protect teacher academic freedom and student critical thought.
